Investment Guidelines
In accordance with Section 2925 of the Public Authorities Law, UNDC has adopted investment guidelines to set forth the Corporation's operative policy and instructions to officers and staff regarding the investing, monitoring and reporting of funds of the Corporation.

Lobbying Contacts Policy
In accordance with Section 2987 of the Public Authorities Law, UNDC has adopted a lobbying contacts policy which requires the Corporation’s directors, officers, and employees to make records of contacts by lobbyists attempting to influence the adoption or rejection of rules or regulations or the outcome of rate making proceedings by the Corporation.

Whistleblower Policy
In accordance with Section 2986 of the Public Authorities Law, UNDC has adopted a whistleblower policy to afford certain protections to individuals who in good faith report violations of the Corporation’s Code of Ethics or other instances of potential wrongdoing within the Corporation. The policy is intended to encourage and enable employees to raise concerns in good faith within the Corporation and without fear of retaliation or adverse employment action.

Guidelines for the Disposition of Assets
In accordance with Section 2896 of the Public Authorities Law, UNDC has adopted by resolution comprehensive guidelines which detail the Corporation’s operative policy and instructions regarding the use, awarding, monitoring, and reporting of contracts for the disposal of property.
