In accordance with Section 2925 of the Public Authorities Law, UNDC has adopted investment guidelines to set forth the Corporation's operative policy and instructions to officers and staff regarding the investing, monitoring and reporting of funds of the Corporation.

In accordance with Section 2987 of the Public Authorities Law, UNDC has adopted a lobbying contacts policy which requires the Corporation’s directors, officers, and employees to make records of contacts by lobbyists attempting to influence the adoption or rejection of rules or regulations or the outcome of rate making proceedings by the Corporation.

In accordance with Section 2979 of the Public Authorities Law, UNDC has adopted procurement guidelines which detail the Corporation's operative policy and instructions regarding the use, awarding, monitoring, and reporting of procurement contracts.

In accordance with Section 2880 of the Public Authorities Law, UNDC has adopted rules and regulations detailing its prompt payment policy.

In accordance with Section 2986 of the Public Authorities Law, UNDC has adopted a whistleblower policy to afford certain protections to individuals who in good faith report violations of the Corporation’s Code of Ethics or other instances of potential wrongdoing within the Corporation. The policy is intended to encourage and enable employees to raise concerns in good faith within the Corporation and without fear of retaliation or adverse employment action.

UNDC has adopted a Code of Ethics which provides an ethical framework for official conduct of Board members and staff in order to foster a culture of honesty, integrity and accountability.

The Board of Directors of UNDC has adopted corporate governance guidelines to assist the Board in the exercise of its responsibilities.

In accordance with Section 2896 of the Public Authorities Law, UNDC has adopted by resolution comprehensive guidelines which detail the Corporation’s operative policy and instructions regarding the use, awarding, monitoring, and reporting of contracts for the disposal of property.

UNDC has adopted by-laws for its organization and internal management, and rules and regulations governing the exercise of its powers, the performance of its duties, and the fulfillment of its purposes under its enabling statute.
